Bhavjit Mangat, O.D.

Dr. Bhavjit Mangat is a compassionate and enthusiastic doctor. She was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois and has lived in the Pacific Northwest since she was in 5th grade. Dr. Mangat earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Biology from the University of Washington. She later went on to earn her Doctorate of Optometry from MCPHS University, College of Optometry in Worcester, Massachusetts.
During her time at MCPHS University, she was involved with numerous groups and organizations, serving as secretary and fundraising chair for SAAO and ISO, respectively. She organized and was a part many vision screenings throughout her years at MCPHS University as well as fundraisers.
Her passion is to help those in need, especially those individuals that tend to struggle in school, work, sports and/or life because of their difficulties with vision. Dr. Mangat loves to work with individuals of all ages and is dedicated to vision therapy and helping her patients strive not only in school/work but in their personal life.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and her 2 puppies, Simba and Charlie. She also loves to cook, and play volleyball
